Those of you that work evenings (Jerome and Megan) may have come across patrons who return a lost item and/or pay a fine and would like their Banner blocks removed immediately.
In the event that a patron requests that their Banner block be removed after 5pm please contact Aviva Lefkovitz (Dunwoody) @ 770-274-5089. If Aviva is not available, someone else should be at this number and can take care of most Banner issues (i.e. removing Banner holds).
Thanks to Jerome for bringing this issue up. As always, please let me know if there are any other processes we can put in place to improve customer service and make everyone's lives a little easier.
