We've just been notified that all paper time sheets will now be replaced with electronic time sheets. With the new system, all employees will enter hours worked and hours taken off (including breaks), online with supervisor approval. Everyone is required to follow this process to ensure that they are paid properly each pay period. Multiple training sessions have been scheduled in the JCLRC Auditorium. Please speak with your supervisor to schedule a convenient time to attend this required training.
June 3, 2009: 1pm or 3:30pm
June 4, 2009: 10am, 1pm or 3:30pm
