Logging in on ADP

F.Y.I. (I received this via email):

We were just notified that ADP will be applying a patch to the University System of Georgia's ADP eTime module during their maintenance window tonight sometime between 2:00 to 5:00 am. The impact to our institution will be extended login periods when logging in to eTime for the first time after the patch is applied. We are being told that this could take an additional 2 to 3 minutes to load eTime. Please be patient as you login to eTime the first time after this patch is applied.

TIMESHEETS!

Don't forget - everyone needs to submit a hard copy, paper timesheet this week! Please have your timesheets completed by tomorrow (Thursday).

Also, we are continuing to use ADP as well, so don't forget to timestamp (PT staff) and enter your daily hours worked (FT staff) everyday.

ADP e-Time Training

Beginning Saturday, August 8th, everyone will be entering in their time on a daily basis into the ADP e-Time system. Please review the following training information, and if you have any questions or would like me to demonstrate how to add your hours worked, please feel free to let me know.

ADP e-Time - IMPORTANT

Everyone - please make sure you are properly registered with the new ADP e-Time system no later than this Monday, July 27.

If you experience any problems or have any questions, please contact me ASAP and I will resolve them. We want to make sure we have everything working for everyone by August when the online time sheet reporting will begin.
